Is there a way I can fix this stick(s) that it is safe to write to with no data loss?

I can not find any tool frm Alcor for the SC708 controller, I specialy open the stick to look at the parts:

Controller: Alcor SC708-4
NAND: 512MBh (1990mb) no brand description!

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks in advance!
