I've got a problem with a Maxell 4GB Pendrive.

When I try to put in some files that are bigger then 400MB, suddenly it gives me this error message:

The Disk can not be written because it is write protected. Please remove the write protection from the volume in drive \Device|Harddisk1\DR5

Then, when I Try put in some other files, it says that the pendrive is write protected.

So, I tried with a low level format with "HDD Guru Low Level Format Tool", but it suddenly gives me this:

Format error occurred at offset: (sector number)

So, here there are some info from my pendrive using ChipGenius:

Ever before the pendrive was working normally, 4G is a confirmed size?
Probably it contains а Alcor controller. You can try simple tools, such as:
JetFlash OnLineRecovery, Alcor PQI Fixer or PQI Dr.UFD
