the flasdisk cannot be formatted, because write protected. i open the USB flash drive, and memory card soldered to the board. ic controller FC8908 H2N604-10F 1126TA1

so i downloaded this tool:

it detected my flash , and clicked on the start , then there was the error message: 30D00: BadBlock:0/4096
Can my flashdisk be Repaired? How to repair?
