Firmware loaded.
Try it now MPALL v3.16.00.
...Perhaps v1.11 does not understand the memory.

Have you tried without Do ISP in ver 3.16?

... And More I noticed that MPTOOL gives an error, and then HP_USBFW 2.0.6.0 normal formats! Try it!

If it's not help, then I suppose you have a bad contact of the memory chip or the controller. It is necessary to solder.

OK thanks for Ur fast answer Andy but i want to ask u if control PS-2251-33bb  have firmware files or can send me these files if u got it

For Controller PS2251-33 I do not have the firmware. So I load the firmware utility v 1.11 for the controller PS2233. Then use MPALL 2.01.00 without Do ISP.
And it always works.
