i tried HP tool, also tried low level formating, but it says write protected or cannot format the disk..

when i try to repair or format i get an error

"Device info block is corrupted, please return via RMA"

wat does this means...

then...
get complete information about the controller (but it is better if open the enclosure and see)
download the appropriate tool (perhaps this one)
set in the settings of controller you want and stuff and format the flash drive (instruction)

i run MPtool, it says find device error...

in ver MPALL - it says error in RED color
