Hi, sorry but I'm Italian and i don't understand anything in cyrillic but someone had reccomanded to me this forum as the best for my problem
The problem is my usb storage device. I can't format this key also using hp tool and other program. with windows the format simply fail,
with the other programs appear a notification said : "device media is write protected"
Using ChipGenius i found that:
