Kingston 16GB become Not Recognized in any Pc

when i connect my Kingston Data Traveler 16 GB today in my pc ..it show Massage "Usb Device Not Recognized "

i Try Connect It in other pc and laptop but massage still display.

and i noted that the lamp that was lighting in past dont light now.

i want your help... is there is hope to recover and fix my data traveler

What is controller?
SSS6691 / SK6211 BAPS / Phison .....
"Name" of controller => name of the tool!
