Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my 64GB SanDisk USB flash drive, which is currently write-protected. I have tried several software tools, but none of them have solved the problem. Google Snake
I am attaching a screenshot from the ChipEasy utility.
Could you please advise me on the appropriate tools to flash this USB drive? Perhaps this could resolve the issue.

Dealing with a write-protected USB can be frustrating. It's like being trapped in a never-ending game. I see you've already tried software solutions. Perhaps a low-level formatting tool is needed. Before you go further, have you checked the physical switch on the drive, if it has one? It's a bit like finding the exit in the Google Snake; sometimes the simplest solution is the best. Do some research for tools compatible with your controller chip, good luck!

У вас возникли проблемы с флеш-накопителем после записи образа диска. Во время записи флеш-устройство или файловая система могли пострадать.

My USB is not opening and doesn't format and keeps disconeted:

Looks like a tricky situation with your Innostor controller. ChipGenius is helpful! Since the test utility fails, try older Innostor tools or specific SanDisk recovery software. Also, double-check soldering and power supply.

Hi there,

It sounds like your USB drive might have hit a hardware-level write-protection, which unfortunately software alone often can't fix. Sometimes using a dedicated low-level formatting tool or the official SanDisk formatting utility can help, but if the drive is failing internally, flashing it might not work. I'd suggest trying the official SanDisk "USB Rescue" or "Formatter" tool first, and if that doesn't resolve it, the drive may be permanently locked or damaged.
