It means, that part of the controller is dead, or your OS is not WinXP, or microprogram in the controller is down.
1. for utils u need WinXP/2000
2. restart microcode
3. manual
4. in SK6211_PDT_20090828, use I29F32G08CAMC1.cfg

1. Try to put the markings on the Erase Al. And flash it.

i am his friend and it happened  in this order

first the program gave an access error
