I want to boot Windows 8 To Go on a usb pen (usb 3.0) which allows me to flip the RMB, so Windows sees it has a fixed disk.
Recently I've bought a DT Ultimate G2, 32GB, thinking this would be the one compatible with WTG, but I was wrong. The compatible one looks exactly the same but it has the RMB set to 0 (fixed drive).
I've tried to use several phison versions to change it, but I always get stuck in different type of errors, depending on the version.
So, I assume this usb pen is not compatible to change the RMB.
Do you have any advise on a good USB PEN 3.0 where I can change this? The compatible kingston usb pen costs more than 100 pounds!!!
