if Connect Gnd And Vcc to Blinking Way (Make Nosie In Internal Crystal)

After Conncet Wite I see Drive Leter And I Used Mp Tools And Erase All Info(Complete Clean Flash Frimware And Data… so Try It Ang Good Luck To Every one )
