  this is my first post. i would like to ask what should i do with my flashdisk TOSHIBA 16gb i wont format in NTFS it can only be formatted in Fat32 and Exfat. i would like to change in NTFS file because i want to create a bootable flashdrive with windows 8.

i used the tool but it doesnt help. FAILED TO FORMAT THE DEVICE
