Help for me! 
1. Download "Phison Format & Restore" http://www.usbdev.ru/files/phison/phisonrestore/ (tested on 3.23 version) ONLY 3.23!
2. Plug in flash drive, open programm, click "Restore" again "Restore", confirm "Yes", wait for error message "Restore fail...". Click "Оk" - close programm.
3. Plug out flash drive and then plug in.
4. Windows will show up the message about unformatted disk, format it, should be ok.
