Hi Friend-I have a usb flash disk that show write protect
(AU6986 - 29F64G08CFAAA (2side (2 memory chip)) - 16GB)
Now trying to program and fix it but programmer show this message
bad block : 4096/4096 ,sn:xxxxxx
How can fix this problem family ?

and can u explain importance of schematic and where can i find computer motherboard's schematics?(like gigabyte)

For example about Reading Datasheet and specially schematics.if i face a problem how can solve them?what is that symbols like vcc , v33 , vssk , lock and more...

Usually Datasheet present description. For example vcc - supply voltage (D33V - Voltage 3.3 volts) vss - GND (0 V), (D0-D7 - Data Bus)
