but when When i put in the computer lights up but the computer can not recognize it altogetheri

If PC recognise it like a "Unknown device / VID&PID=0000" use this article:
http://www.flashboot.ru/index.php?name=News&op=article&sid=24

else - you need to check "hardware side"
first of all check voltage +5V / +3.3V / 1.8V at the pins of the controller.
link to datasheets

i make the first >>> it doesn't make any thing

but the second >> i can not know how to check

the hard ware side

i have the device of the voltage but i can not use it

please show me how to check the hardware side

And what knowledge of circuitry you have?
Have experience in repair techniques?
Measuring instruments? Multimeter / Oscilloscope / Soldering Station / High temperature air gun?

Basic hardware problems such as:
1. damage due to a faulty power supply USB-port. Fails restrictive element (resistor 0-2.2 Ohm). It is consistently between track "+5 V" and power pin of the controller (5VSB). If a replacement leads to overheating of the controller or the resistor again fails, the controller is damaged and needs replacement. Serviceability of the controller can check the work embedded in it stabilizers (3,3 & 1,8 V) So as to verify the data bus / control signals and signals DP / DM (oscilloscope).
2. Not a quality soldering.
Manifested as a periodic non-functional devices.
Treated by heating the chip and re-solder assembly defects identified.
3. From impact crashes quartz. Verified the generation of an oscilloscope. Changes quartz.
4. Depreciation NAND memory.
If the number of BB exceeds the value, then changing the memory chip.
