Hmm... all is well.

1. Try/check this:
Control Pannel - > Langvige & Regional settings -> Regional settings ->

English (USA)

2. Uninstall any utils for another controllers. Fabulk(Usbest) or same may block USB translation.
Or try the tool on another PC...

No more ideas.
