Hey guys,
here is my story :
I recently bought a Freecom Databar USB stick and I wanted to customize it and to have an autorun. So I dismantled it, found the Phison chip and downloaded the last MPALL (v.3.20) and after some testing I've added a CDFS partition with an autorun.inf and a test program like a hello world.

I was quite happy of the result and wanted to change the ISO on the partition but MPALL doesn't recognises my stick anymore.

Here is a screenshot of MPALL and a strange detection in the slot 3.

Some technical informations :
My stick before any modifications.

and after :

I run on windows 7 x32.

thanks novo,
so I tried several times the Phison formatter (v2.10.0.2) on my computer and on another one running windows XP. It says that it doesn't support "this IC".
The only thing I can do is to wait for an update to have my chip supported.

Bob, you write "I dismantled it", then you can tell exactly what's the IC.
PS2251-60 as GetInfo said?
And show content of MP.ini file please.

Bob Chidie

It's written PS2251-60-5 on the chip.
Is it that "-5" that stuck the formatter ?

Here is the content of MP.ini :
