PBR(Partition Boot Record — PBR, для отличия от Master Boot Record — главной загрузочной записи диска; также PBR часто некорректно называется загрузочным сектором) и используются при инициализации тома©wikipedia) пользуют если у вас несколько томов/загрузчиков, в данном случае не актуально. Всегда можно воспользоваться grub4dos и грузить hirens boot cd и другие образы через команду map:
редактируем в корне флешки menu.lst
