Can someone help me with flashing this SM3268AB USB

my problem here is that i had usb drive with the following information from ChipGenuis

i wanted to reflash it beacause it was not working properly .
i downloaded SMI mp tool «Star_SM3268AB_Prescan_T0117» from www.usbdev.ru/files/smi/smimptool/
i started with the default ini from the settings it completed a couple of steps but stuck for hours in the pretest part so i quit the application.
Now the drive it no longer seen in windows nor dispart or any 3rd party tool like wizard partition tool and the info from chipgenuis changed too .
